This week has been a pretty crazy week. The zone leaders went on their road trip again so we were left without a car again. Man was that a rough week. We had to bike to Ibity one day. It is a sand road and of course it starts pouring rain as we were headed up there. It resulted in us getting up there pretty late and not catching anyone and having to head home. Luckly though a truck stopped for us and we just road in the back of it all the way to antsirabe. Man I do love hitch hiking.
The world cup is pretty crazy here. They don't party like all of the world does but they all do watch it so we get caught up on the latest scores all of the time. However on the 26th is the biggest holiday in Madagascar. It is there independace day and I bet it will make for a bunch of wonderful stories. We already have been invited to 4 peoples parties so it sounds like not a lot of work will be getting done that day. We will try to teach but will probably just try to contanct people at the parties. Also it will make for one of the worst days of driving ever but we will make sure to have somebody record a video of how angry I get. HAHA Well I hope that you are all doing well.
